    We are a technology consulting and product development company delivering cloud-native enterprise solutions across industries such as healthcare, IoT, and B2B automation. To maintain the quality and reliability of our solutions, we are looking for an experienced QA Architect / Lead QA Automation Engineer who will define, lead, and evolve the quality assurance strategy across multiple client projects.

     

    Role Overview

    As a QA Architect / Lead QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for defining the overall testing approach, building automation frameworks, and mentoring both QA and development team members to adopt quality-focused practices. You will act as a key quality advocate across the organization, ensuring that testing is integrated into every step of the development process.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and communicate the overall QA strategy for new and existing projects.
    • Design and implement robust and reusable test automation frameworks for backend, frontend, API, and end-to-end testing.
    • Lead the selection of tools and technologies suitable for the project context (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
    • Plan and manage test architecture, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.
    • Collaborate with architects and developers to embed quality early into design and implementation (shift-left testing approach).
    • Define test plans, test coverage strategy, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
    • Coordinate test execution across the QA team, developers, and DevOps engineers.
    • Promote a culture of quality ownership β€” mentoring developers to contribute meaningfully to test automation and quality gates.
    • Ensure that non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security, resilience) is planned and addressed as appropriate.
    • Document testing practices and frameworks, and produce clear, actionable QA metrics for project tracking and reporting.
    • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team capabilities.

     

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, or QA architecture roles.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks for:
      • Web (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
      • API (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
      • Performance (e.g., JMeter, k6)
    • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
    • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, and agile delivery.
    • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, etc.).
    • Solid experience with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray).
    • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and testing in distributed systems.
    • Strong understanding of quality gates, release readiness, and risk-based testing approaches.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Solid understanding of how software is built and delivered – from backend/frontend architecture to deployment and maintenance processes. You should be able to follow technical discussions and grasp project constraints.
    • Experience writing proposals and scoping custom work, including translating technical input into business-oriented documents.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, outreach tools, and LinkedIn, and able to manage your pipeline independently.
    • Ability to write and test your own messaging, adapting tone and content based on target profiles and feedback data.

    • Those expecting a mature sales machine. You’ll co-develop the playbook with leadership, but you’ll be responsible for leading the process.
    • Push-first or transactional sellers. We don’t pressure clients. We listen, guide, and help them make good decisions.
    • Candidates looking for narrow responsibilities. While you’ll have help, this is a generalist role – you’ll touch everything from outreach to proposals, and sometimes support light marketing.
    • People who need rigid structure to operate. Things are evolving. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring things out.

    They’ve developed a mobile platform that assists patients in navigating treatments for life-changing, chronic conditions. Their customers are pharmaceutical companies looking to minimise patient drop-off from often complex and costly therapies. The goal is to help patients successfully start and stay on their prescribed treatments, making their journey easier in the often outdated and overly complicated world of specialty medications.

    The team holds a vital role: building and maintaining software that supports and enhances the patient journey across both web and mobile platforms. This work requires a combination of strong technical skills, a user-focused mindset, and an understanding of healthcare workflows.
     

    Requirements:

    • English: Upper-Intermediate.
    • 5+ years of commercial experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack solutions.
    • Proven hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel and Vue.js.
    • Cross-platform knowledge (web, mobile, back-end).
    • Full stack technology understanding to offer solutions, identify risks and understand effort estimations
    • Solid background in both back-end and front-end development
